Joselito Bustillos Sagnep - Garthwaite (born March 23, 1976), better known as Lito or Tolits, a Filipino band vocalist/singer, entrepreneur and a call center agent who rose to popularity through singing in different disco bar, comedy bars and videoke bars all over the country. I was born in Barangay Namruangan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. At the age of eight I joined amateur singing contests from town fiestas in various provinces. I have joined almost a hundred singing contests. Presently performing every Thursday at BAR UNO in Timog, Quezon City.
